Accommodation
Hotel rooms within walking distance from the Congress venue, ICEC, have been reserved by the official secretariat KONGRESIST Inc. for the duration of the meeting.
On-line Booking
Participants can book their hotel online. Please follow the instructions on the accommodation form. Prepayment by credit card is requested if you book your hotel on-line. After 1 September, 2008 hotel accommodation is subject to availability.
If online booking is not possible for you please fill in the Accommodation Form with requested dates and choice, guaranteeing it with your credit card or bank transfer and send it to:

One night’s cost will be deducted from your credit card. The balance of hotel payment will be deducted from the same card by 1 September, 2008 , by KONGRESIST.
Upon receipt of deposit, each participant will receive a confirmation with a pro-forma invoice. Full payment has to reach KONGRESIST bank account by 1 September, 2008
Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Hotel deposits less processing fee of 20.- Euros will be refunded provided a written cancellation is received by KONGRESIST on or before 1 September, 2008. Cancellation charges put forth by the hotel plus the processing fee will be applicable after 1 September, 2008. This might be the charge for the total amount due depending on hotel policy. Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of €10.-. Changes and cancellations should be made to KONGRESIST in writing. Hotels will not accept direct changes/cancellations.

All hotel rates are quoted in Euro per room, per night and includes breakfast, service charge and VAT.
