Instruction For The Authors
Call for abstracts
All participants are invited to submit an abstract on the topics listed for presentation at the 9th ECC and 16th MCC Congress.
Abstracts may be submitted online or as an attachment to your e-mail sent to the Congress Organizing Secretariat. The deadline for submission of abstracts is 1 August, 2008.
Each first author may submit maximum two abstracts.
Online Submission
Please click for online abstract form and follow the instruction to submit your abstract. If online submission is not possible please send your
abstract form as an attachment to your e-mail. Avoid sending your abstract within the last 3-4 days of the deadline. Abstractform is available on the web site only.
Notification
After review of the abstracts by the Scientific Programme Committee, the corresponding author will be notified by 15 August, 2008. If notification is not received by then, the Congress Secretariat can be contacted.
Poster/Oral Presentation
Accepted abstracts are to be presented either as poster or oral presentations. The final presentation format will be decided by the Scientific Programme Committee. Instructions concerning the preparation format of the presentation will be given in the acceptance mail by 15 August, 2008
Publication
Abstracts will be published as a CD-ROM, before the Congress
Registration
All presenters of abstracts must register until 15 September 2008 to take advantage of the early registration fee or advise us of their withdrawal by that date. Only abstracts with registered participants will be included in the CD ROM to be produced before the Congress.
Poster Sessions
Posters will be displayed during the Conference according to schedule. One of the authors of each poster should be present at least for one hour during the requested time allotment. Details on poster sizes, etc will be given in due course.
