(*) To qualify for trainee status, the applicant should be under the age of 30. This must be certified by a copy of the relevant page of the passport to be sent together with the registration form.
(**) Presenting authors of accepted abstracts are entitled to the early registration fee if registered

On-line Registration
On-line registration is available. Please
click and follow the instructions on the website carefully. Payment by VISA or Mastercard is required to register on line. If online registration is not possible fill in the registration form and submit it to the Congress Organizing Secretariat KONGRESIST Inc. by fax/mail together with your credit card details or bank transfer receipt. Bank charges associated with the transfer of funds should be paid by the participant. Please make sure that your first and last name is indicated on all bank transfers.
Each participant will receive a confirmation of registration upon receipt of registration fee.
Please make sure to bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the congress center.

Payment of Registration Fee
Payment of registration fees must be made in Euro either by Credit card or bank transfer to the following KONGRESIST’s account, the Organizing Secretariat. Payment in other currencies will not be accepted. Acceptable credit cards are MasterCard and VISA. Please fill in the appropriate space on the registration form.

Cancellation of Registration
Registration fee will be refunded, less 25% administrative fee, for cancellations received by the Secretariat on or before 1 September, 2008. Please note all refunds will be made after the Congress.
